COTTAGES, MOBILE HOMES AND TENTS FOR RENT

In a few clicks, you will be able to check the availability in real time for the desired accommodation, the updated rates, photos, descriptions, terms of payment, modification of your stay, cancellation policy:

• click on “search” and the system will offer you all available solutions (in the case of a family of more than 6 people, you will have to choose two separate accommodations)

We inform you that from 26th June to 11th September 2021 Cottage/Maison and Country/Big e Safari lodge Tents can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. In case of availability, close to the period, it is possible to book shorter periods.

Should you not find availability for the dates entered, please pay attention to any stay restrictions (as indicated in the calendar).

There are numerous solutions proposed by our Camping Village and for everyone’s needs:

• Village solutions, to stay in total relaxation in our wooden cottages surrounded by nature:

Our mobile homes Maison (1-6 people), Maison Chic (1-5 people) and Maison Facile (1-4 people) are immersed in the typical Mediterranean vegetation, the ideal accommodation for enjoying a relaxing and funny holiday, just a few steps from the sea. They are all equipped with a kitchenette equipped with utensils and crockery, living room with flat screen TV, air conditioning/heating, bedroom, private bathroom with shower, mosquito screens and outdoor veranda equipped with wooden table and benches. Linen is included. Pets are not allowed.

Our Cottages, Petit Trianon (1-4 people), Petit Chambre (1-4 people) and Cottage Club (1-5 people) are ideal for spending your holidays with your four-legged friends. Simple, well-kept wooden cottages, equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom and an outdoor veranda with table and chairs. Linen is included. They are not equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens and TV. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed with a surcharge, subject to prior notification at the time of booking.

• Glamping solutions, a combination of comfort, design, nature and freedom, are of 4 types:

The Country Lodge Tent (1-5 persons, no pets), the Big Country Lodge Tent (1-6 persons), the Safari Lodge (1-5 persons) are functional and trendy solutions, equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. On the outside they are zip-up tents (they do not have a key lock). They have the same facilities as a bungalow, with the exception of air conditioning and TV. Linen is included. Big Country Lodge and Safari Lodge are pet friendly, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a supplement and prior notification at the time of booking.

The Mini Lodge Tents (2 people) only have a double bed (possibility of 2 single beds) and a small mini-fridge, with a wide roof-window to enjoy the bright summer night sky. The toilets are the common ones of the campsite and they have no kitchenette. These are solutions designed for overnight stays only, it is not possible to use the outside veranda with camping accessories (kitchenettes, gas stoves, tables and chairs, etc …). Linen is not included at disposal for a fee

Dogs are allowed in the Mini.Big – Safari lodge – Cottage and in the Camper and Caravan pitch.

For each type of accommodation (Maison, Cottage, Lodge Tent e Mini) we offer 3 rates:

• STANDARD RATE, the most flexible based on the period of stay chosen;

• NON-REFUNDABLE RATE, the most convenient but fully prepaid upon confirmation, without the possibility of reimbursement and/or modification;

• RATE WITH INSURANCE BESAFE is a PREPAID fare that allows you to travel safely with the possibility of partial or full refund even before the day of departure, according to the points of the insurance policy;

Before proceeding with confirmation, we invite you to pay attention to the chosen tariff conditions to understand properly the payment and cancellation methods.

Pets are allowed in the camping area, for those who have their own camper.

They are also welcome inside our wooden cottages and tents, except Maison, Maison Chic, Maison Facile and Country logde

All animals have access only to specific areas of the Camping Village. Therefore, you are kindly requested to take note of the regulations.

Cats are allowed only in the Cottages
Dogs are allowed in the Mini.Big – Safari lodge – Cottage and in the Camper and Caravan pitch.

BEACH: Pets have access to a free bau-beach (about 5 km from our campsite) and also to our equipped beach (they must be kept on a leash and stay under the sun umbrella). Entering the water, however, is not allowed.

The Camping Village has job chairs for access to the beach. Only the Maison Facile is suitable for people with disabilities.

Camping Maremma Sans Souci provides an animation service during the high season. There is a small playground surrounded by nature.

Available, upon reservation and subject to availability (for a fee of € 5,00/day), cots and high chairs.

The Camping Maremma Sans Souci is located is located directly on the seaside and has access to the beach. The equipped beach is available for a fee (upon request, upon reservation) with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, parking, beach bar and free showers.

The public free beach is just adjacent to the equipped one. The campsite is 2.5 km from Castiglione della Pescaia, which can be reached by bike (a bike path runs directly from the campsite entrance).

The animation is available from June to the end of August with an activity program for children.

Tourist tax: € 1.00 May-September inclusive up to 15 years inclusive exempt

Access to <18 people is allowed only if an adult or person >18 is present for the duration of the stay

The rate ad hoc to safeguard your vacation in the event of Covid-19 is the RATE WITH INSURANCE. By reading the insurance policy published on our website in the dedicated tariff conditions (https://www.besaferate.com/insurancepolicy/), you will find out the circumstances that provide for total or partial coverage of your vacation.

The other 2 rates follow their own policy and do not provide for refund in the event of Covid: the NON-REFUNDABLE rate does not provide for refund in any case; the STANDARD rate provides for penalties based on cancellation terms.

ONLY in case of force majeure (impossibility to move from one’s region due to government regulation/closure of regional borders /red zone) or impossibility of the Camping Village hosting you, the two above mentioned rates provide for the possibility of receiving a voucher of the same amount paid, to be used for another vacation during the current season or within and no later than 2022.
