A week-end in a Bungalow
Our Cottages are perfect for a short getaway far from the daily routine. Cottages are wooden bungalows with bathroom, kitchen and a cute outdoor veranda. Our Cottage Club welcomes up to five guests, while Cottage Petit Trianon and Petite Chambre can host up to 4 guests.
You will have direct access to the beach, where you’ll be able to lay back at our comfortable private beach and finally get off the daily routine wheel. If you love sports you can play volleyball on our beach volley field or schedule windsurf, surf or sup training classes (beginner’s to advanced level) offered by our surf school at the beach, or maybe rent a kayak and discover our beautiful coastline.
There is a playground right in the center of our campsite. Mini-Club activities are for kids starting from 6-years old, our staff will organise games, shows and baby dance for them to spend the best time at Maremma Sans Souci.
Our Mama Restaurant will prepare for you the best local and national traditional dishes, served with delicious local wine. You can also book a full-board or half-board service (adults and kids’ menu).

Come spend your vacation time with us! If you are looking for something simple to fully embrace the campsite spirit of connecting with nature, Cottages might be your best option. They are wooden bungalows with bathroom, kitchen and a cute furnished outdoor veranda. Our Cottage Club welcomes up to five guests, while Cottage Petit Trianon and Petite Chambre can host up to 4 guests. In addition, our campsite has recently started welcoming dogs and cats in our Cottages Petit Trianon.
As our guests, you will have direct access to our beautiful sandy shore, with clear and shallow water where kids can have fun un complete safety. Discover our different options for the private beach: standard (one classic umbrella and two regular sun beds), relax (one straw umbrella and two comfortable mattresses). For those who love sports we suggest some mountain bike activities in the area. It is possible to rent bikes inside the campsite at Bagnoli Bike which organises guided tours in the surroundings. We also have a partner for horseback riding a few kilometres far from our Camping.
In addition you could explore our gastronomic itineraries, such as “Montecucco wine roads and Amiata’s flavours”, where you’ll discover local specialty food (cheese, meat, honey, mushrooms, saffron, biscuits) and wine.
