Mobile Homes with all the comforts
Our Chic Maisons are the perfect accommodation for enjoying camping without sacrificing comfort and relaxation. These charming wooden cottages blend beautifully into the ancient green pine forest that surrounds them. Each features two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and sinks, a living room with TV and adjustable air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen corner, and a fantastic external veranda.
They can accommodate up to five people, ensuring each guest has ample space and privacy to spend relaxing days camping. Inside the campsite, you’ll find the Mama restaurant, where you can savor traditional Tuscan dishes and Mediterranean cuisine or enjoy a delicious Neapolitan pizza. You can choose from half-board or full-board services. Additionally, there’s a mini-Market stocked with excellent gastronomic products and a Bazaar with beach items, newspapers, tobacco, and everything needed for a comfortable camping life.
Free and equipped beach
One of the great advantages is that you can reach the beach on foot, as there is direct access to the beach from the Maremma Sans Souci, which is located right on the seafront—nothing could be more convenient. Once you arrive, you will find a section of free beach and an equipped section. In the latter, be sure to try the Beach Relax option, featuring straw umbrellas and comfortable mattresses.
If you love sports activities, especially water sports, equipment for stand-up paddleboarding, surfing, windsurfing, and canoeing is available for rent at PKS on the beach. You can also take private lessons, either individually or in groups. There’s also a launch ramp and racks for hulls, as well as a zone where you can wash and hang your sails if you decide to bring your own equipment.
Diving and snorkeling along the coast
If water is your element, then you’re in the right place. Along the coast, you can dive in to discover a fascinating underwater world, a true paradise with pristine seabeds, crystal-clear water, and one of the most enchanting marine ecosystems in the Mediterranean. It won’t be hard to spot multicolored seagrass, seahorses, moray eels, mullets, octopuses, anemones, sponges, spirographs, and much more.
Whether you choose to stay at the surface or dive deeper, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a wonderful world. And if you venture further offshore, you might encounter dolphins, fin whales, sperm whales, and other large cetaceans that have been populating these seas during the summer for years.
This marine area is part of the International Cetacean Sanctuary, a protected marine area that stretches from the coast of Grosseto province to the Principality of Monaco, including Corsica and the northern coast of Sardinia. Don’t miss the chance to discover this enchanting marine world, book your next holiday at Maremma Sans Souci and experience unforgettable moments.
